The QGB pneumatic diaphragm pump produced by our factory belongs to a new type of liquid conveying machinery, and its performance has reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Its performance parameters are similar to those of Ingersoll Rand ARO pneumatic diaphragm pump products, and it is currently a new type of pump in the domestic industry. It uses compressed air as the power source and has excellent pressure and flow automatic adjustment characteristics. The pressure can be set arbitrarily within the working pressure range, and even if the output port is blocked and the flow rate is zero, it will not damage the pump. The product is widely used for conveying various fluids and as a feed pump for pressure filters. The gas-liquid part of the pump adopts a modular design, with various components made of different materials that can be selected and combined to transport different fluids, such as materials with high content and strong wear particles. The particles that pass through without blockage have a large diameter and are more suitable for transporting strong corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis, all of which can be competent. Using compressed air as the driving force, the gas-liquid phase is completely isolated, and a static sealing structure is adopted, which has the advantages of no leakage and no lubrication. There is no electric spark generated during operation, especially suitable for explosion-proof situations. The pneumatic motor is designed with anti blocking, non-equilibrium, and pilot valve technology, and has strong conveying capacity even at lower compressed air pressures.
The working principle of QGB pneumatic diaphragm pump is to push the double diaphragm plates to move by alternately acting on the pressure difference of the air, forming an alternating suction and pressure effect on the fluid in the liquid chamber, and conveying the fluid through the one-way valves at the inlet and outlet. When there is pressure inside the compressed air moving pipe, the pump starts working and maintains a certain pipeline pressure until the pipeline pressure reaches the set value.
QGB pneumatic diaphragm pump can transport peanut butter, mashed potatoes, chocolate, hops, syrup, paint, pigment, adhesive, tile, ceramic, glaze, abrasive, highly toxic, flammable, volatile liquid, sewage, cement, mortar, strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosive medium. It can also be used as a front-end pressure feeding device for solid-liquid separation equipment such as filter presses
QGB pneumatic diaphragm pump body materials are divided into stainless steel pumps, PP engineering plastic pumps, and aluminum alloy pumps. The pump can absorb various high-temperature liquids and withstand 150 ℃.

Please do not use hoses or feed pipes with too small a diameter to avoid excessive suction resistance and blockage of the feed pipe.
It is recommended to install all shut-off valves at the compressed air inlet of the driving pump when feeding with positive pressure.
Please install the pump firmly to avoid damage from vibration during operation.

2. The intake pressure should not exceed the allowable operating pressure of the pump. Compressed air above the rated pressure may cause personal injury, property damage, and damage to the performance of the pump.
3. Ensure that the pipeline system for pump pressure can withstand the achieved output pressure, and guarantee the cleanliness and normal working conditions of the driving gas system.
4. Static sparks may cause explosions, resulting in personal injury accidents and property damage. Use wires with sufficient cross-sectional area as needed to properly and reliably ground the pump.
5. The grounding requirements comply with local laws and regulations, as well as some special requirements on site.
6. Tighten the pump and all connecting pipe joints to prevent static sparks caused by vibration, impact, and abrasion. Use anti-static hoses.
7. To periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, it is required that the grounding resistance be less than 100 ohms.
8. Maintain good exhaust and ventilation, and stay away from flammable, explosive, and heat sources.
9. The exhaust of the pump may contain solid substances. Do not point the exhaust port or pressure port towards the work area or people to avoid personal injury.
10. When the diaphragm fails, the conveyed material will be sprayed out from the exhaust muffler. Please replace the diaphragm in a timely manner.
11. When transporting flammable and toxic fluids, please connect the discharge outlet to a safe location away from the work area.
12. Please use a pipe with at least 3/8 "inner diameter and smooth inner wall to connect the exhaust port and muffler.
13. The high pressure of the fluid may cause serious personal injury and property damage. Please do not carry out any maintenance work on the pump and material pipe system while the pump is pressurized. If maintenance is required, first cut off the intake of the pump, open the bypass pressure relief mechanism to relieve the pressure of the pipeline system, and slowly loosen the connected pipeline joints.
14. If transporting harmful and toxic fluids, please do not send the pump directly to the manufacturer for repair. You can purchase genuine parts from our factory for replacement to extend its service life.
15. Pumps made of aluminum alloy materials for liquid transportation should not be used to transport liquids containing Fe3+, halogenated hydrocarbons, or other halogenated hydrocarbon solvents, as corrosion may occur and cause the pump body to burst.
16. Ensure that all components in contact with the conveying body are not corroded or damaged by the fluid being conveyed.
17. Ensure that all operators are familiar with the operation and safe use of the pump, and if necessary, provide necessary protective equipment.
18. Proper use of the pump, please turn off the intake air during prolonged idle operation.
19. In places with harsh work conditions, such as construction sites and industrial and mining wastewater discharge, due to the impurities and complex composition in the wastewater, the pipelines are prone to blockage, resulting in excessive load on the electric pump. The motor heats up easily and the spindle is prone to breakage.
20. When transporting fluids that are prone to sedimentation and freezing, when the pump is not running for a period of time, it is necessary to rinse the inside and outside of the pump with a suitable solvent before stopping to avoid blockage and damage.
If the pump needs to be stopped for several hours during operation, please cut off the compressed air.
